Paleo meals started in april 2009. We understand how important eating healthy is, especially to crossfit, and noticed how difficult it is to constantly weigh and measure food, so we’ve taken the burden and started making Paleo/Zone meals.
We currently deliver meals to the Orange County area. Each meal consists of 4 zone blocks of protein, & fat all based on a strict paleo diet. Please post to comments your order, or just email me at Paleoscott@gmail.com. Please order meals for the week in advance. Meals are $9.00 each.
